Job Description

MaxNG is seeking a Training and Onboarding Officer to support the effective onboarding, training, and continuous development of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing orientation systems, delivering training programs, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to perform effectively in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver onboarding and training programs for new and existing staff
• Develop and improve orientation systems, training tools, and learning materials
• Track training effectiveness and employee learning progress
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of learning and development processes
• Handle confidential employee and training related information responsibly
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in training, onboarding, or knowledge transfer
• Strong understanding of orientation systems and training tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information
• Willingness to work in a fast paced, startup driven environment
