Job Title: Business Development Manager – Travel (DMC Egypt)

About Us: We are a long-established luxury destination management company and inbound tour operator based in Egypt, specializing in tailor-made experiences for international clients. We are expanding our agency network and looking for a results-driven professional to build B2B partnerships with luxury and premium travel agencies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with international travel agents and tour operators, with a focus on our key markets: the USA, France, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and Brazil
• Proactively build a pipeline of new agency partners through LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain long-term B2B partnerships
• Present our services and Egypt programs professionally in calls, presentations, and at industry events
• Conduct calls, follow-ups, and negotiations, converting leads into active, booking partners
• Support our B2B marketing — LinkedIn presence, content, and campaigns — to attract inbound agency interest
• Maintain a CRM of prospects and partners, and coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery

Requirements:

• Excellent English, spoken and written; a second relevant language (French, Portuguese, German) is a strong plus
• Strong communication and sales skills, with a proven ability to open new business relationships — not only manage existing ones
• Experience in the travel industry (DMC, tour operator, or agency) is a big advantage
• Self-motivated and comfortable initiating contact with international partners
• Confident in calls, emails, and presentations, and able to work independently to achieve targets

Location: Cairo — hybrid (office and home) Type: Full-time, competitive salary based on experience
