Role Description
This is a remote role based in Lagos for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager. The Growth Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Specific day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and optimizing marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights for decision-making, managing marketing automation tools, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing principles and execution
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to analyze and interpret performance data effectively
- Experience in Marketing Automation tools to streamline workflows and optimize campaigns
- Project Management skills to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with occasional in-office collaboration
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, or home goods industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
