Enterprise Life Assurance Company Nigeria is seeking motivated and results driven Life Planners / Retail Business Executives to join its sales and business development team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting life insurance and financial solutions. This role suits individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently and collaboratively to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for life insurance products
- Promote and sell Enterprise Life Assurance products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide professional financial advisory services to clients
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Work independently and collaboratively within the sales team
- Conduct market prospecting and client follow ups
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales drive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship building skills
- Experience in identifying and engaging potential clients
