Financial Advisor / Sales Executive

Job Description

Leadway Assurance is seeking for motivated and goal driven individuals to join its team as Financial Advisors/Sales Executives. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting insurance products, providing financial advisory services, and helping clients build long term financial security through tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients
  • Promote and sell insurance and financial products
  • Provide professional financial advice to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Conduct market outreach and lead generation activities
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions
  • Provide after sales support and policy servicing

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc or HND qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales oriented and target driven mindset
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade clients
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
  • Previous sales experience is an added advantage
