Job Description

Fauna is seeking a smart, reliable, and customer focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets
  • Carry out other customer support duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proximity to Ijora Olopa, Lagos is essential
  • Prior experience is an added advantage but not required
