📍 Location: Niger Delta (Bayelsa/Delta/Rivers – Swamp, Land & Offshore)

Salary: ₦2,712,128.91 (Monthly Gross)

Employment Type: Rotational / Full-time

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage and oversee all rig operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant drilling and marine activities.
•  Act as the Man-in-Charge, enforcing company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
•  Lead, supervise, and coordinate all onboard personnel and department heads.
•  Ensure effective implementation of EHSQ systems, risk assessments, PTW, and emergency response procedures.
•  Coordinate with Client Representatives and third-party service providers to achieve operational objectives.
•  Monitor equipment performance, maintenance activities, and report operational incidents promptly.

Requirements

•  Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND qualification.
•  Experience: 1–2 years experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage.
•  Technical: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•  Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
