KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide technical and managerial leadership for the TB LON Regions 1 & 2 Project covering Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, and Bauchi States. Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Program Manager will coordinate project implementation, oversee planning, monitoring and evaluation activities, manage key stakeholders, and provide leadership to senior program officers and TB advisors. The role is critical to ensuring effective resource utilization, donor compliance, and timely delivery of high quality tuberculosis interventions.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical and managerial leadership for the TB LON Regions 1 & 2 Project
- Coordinate planning, implementation, and monitoring of TB interventions across project states
- Lead project performance tracking, reporting, and evaluation in line with donor requirements
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to Senior Program Officers and TB Advisors
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources and budget oversight
- Maintain compliance with donor regulations and KNCV policies
- Strengthen collaboration with government agencies, donors, and implementing partners
- Support capacity building of project staff and partners
- Identify programmatic risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely delivery of project outputs and achievement of targets
- Represent KNCV in high level meetings and stakeholder engagements
Requirements
- MBBS with MPH or a relevant Master’s degree
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in TB/HIV programme management
- Proven experience working with USG, UN, or other development partner funded projects
- Strong coordination, planning, supervision, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience managing multi state or large scale public health programmes
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
