Dataleum is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join the People & Culture team. The ideal candidate is an HR professional with strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a passion for building high performing teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in creating impactful people focused initiatives and contributing to organizational development.

Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of People & Culture strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage end to end recruitment, onboarding, and talent placement processes
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
• Support performance management processes, including reviews, goal-setting, and feedback systems
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
• Assist in training and development programs for employees and teams
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR related issues
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and personnel records management
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making
• Contribute to the design and implementation of People & Culture projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for people, culture, and talent development
• Ability to contribute to building strong, high performing teams
