Strichland Law Practice is seeking highly motivated and qualified legal professionals to join its Corporate/Commercial Law Team. The firm is looking for driven lawyers with strong analytical skills and a solid academic background to support its growing legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on corporate and commercial transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
• Support senior lawyers on advisory and transactional matters
• Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies when required
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle assigned legal matters efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• LL.B from a recognized university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
• Nigerian Law School result with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
• Valid call to the Nigerian Bar
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
