Role’s Summary:
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations in North East 2 and North West 3 regions.
Responsibilities:
- Support team in delivery of letters and run errands within office
- Photocopy documents and ensure photocopier is in good condition
- Report damages/repairs within office building to Finance/Admin Officer
- Receive visitors and direct them to appropriate staff
- Ensure high level of cleanliness of building and surroundings
- Manage keys and cleaning items
- Support regional staff in management of MSI store
- Take delivery of stocks, commodities, and SBC materials
- Maintain visitors note and records of office stationeries
- Record and report usage of office stationeries and toiletries
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Support infection prevention activities
- Assist with documentation and reporting
- Maintain office organization and tidiness
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members

- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments

Education:
- GCE O’level / SSCE certificate
- Previous experience in administrative or office duties is an added advantage
