Mecer Consulting Limited is seeking a professional and organized Personal Assistant to provide high level administrative support to executives. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Support other administrative functions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline (Law degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and polished professional appearance.
