A leading company in Nigeria’s Oil & Gas industry is inviting passionate and high-achieving young graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Programme 2025.

The programme is designed to develop the next generation of offshore professionals who will drive innovation, safety, and operational excellence across the organization.

Trainees will benefit from intensive classroom and field-based learning, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to real-life offshore operations, including guided tours and rotations on offshore rigs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in any of the following:
• All Engineering disciplines
• Geology / Geophysics
• Industrial Chemistry
• Computer Science / Data Science
• Mathematics / Statistics
• Accounting / Economics
• Law
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong analytical and numeric skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Teamwork and problem-solving capability
• Demonstrated passion for the energy/offshore sector
• Fast learner with a willingness to grow

Location
Lagos & Port Harcourt, Nigeria
(Including rotations on onshore and offshore sites)
