Job Description

Sepha Energies Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director/CEO. This role requires a seasoned professional who can operate independently, manage executive priorities, and support board-level engagements within a structured Oil & Gas services environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted extension of the MD/CEO’s office, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and seamless executive operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, priorities, travel, and executive engagements
• Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Coordinate board and executive meetings including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Maintain structured digital records and document control systems
• Support executive visitors, high level meetings, and corporate events
• Manage professional executive communications and digital presence where required
• Proactively anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth executive operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives or C-suite leaders
• Experience in Oil & Gas, energy, engineering, or structured corporate environments is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities
