Relevant Skills, Qualifications, Attributes & Experience

•Candidates should possess a BSC / HND in Social Sciences or any other relevant course of study.
•Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ cognate experience in loan recovery within the banking sector or microfinance sector.
•Strong negotiation, follow up, and conflict resolution abilities
•Good knowledge of credit policies and regulatory requirement.
•Ability to under pressure and meet recovery target
•Excellent communication, reporting skills.
