Ryanair is recruiting a CS Admin Specialist to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group as it continues expanding toward 800 aircraft and 300 million guests in the next decade.
This role supports the Customer Service department in managing, coordinating, and processing claims across several jurisdictions. You will work in a fast-paced multinational environment at Ryanair’s inner-city Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CS team with EU261, Montreal Convention claims, and other consumer matters.
• Respond to written correspondence in line with department SLAs and procedures.
•  Interpret claims and various correspondence accurately.
•  Work to weekly deadlines in a dynamic environment.
•  Liaise frequently with legal teams.
•  Report issues to management and propose solutions.
•  Maintain updated records, databases, and systems.
•  Ensure timely payment of financial settlements.
•  Perform occasional ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

•  Fluency in English (written and spoken); an additional European language is an advantage.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•  Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
•  Ability to stay diplomatic and calm under pressure.
•  Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within an expanding company.
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•  Detail-oriented, able to manage high-volume tasks efficiently.
•  Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage.
