Requirements:

  •  Experienced (2+ years) in selling software or medical devices to healthcare providers, resellers, or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proven track record of winning new business in private and public healthcare sectors.
  • Strong local network and understanding of the UK and Ireland health ecosystem.
  • Skilled in interacting with providers and EHR systems to understand needs and improve healthcare delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; independent yet collaborative.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to learn about international healthcare.
  • Motivated by improving healthcare systems for professionals and patients.

Responsibilities:

  •  Introduce Tandem to public and private healthcare services in the UK and Ireland.
  •  Develop proposals and deliver client pitches.
  •  Manage sales pipeline and close commercial deals.
  •  Help build the local customer success team for onboarding and retention.
  •  Contribute to product development to ensure market fit.
  •  Maintain knowledge of competitors and market differentiation.

Desired Skills:

  • Background in medicine, med tech, or health tech.
  • Experience with medical device regulations and AI in healthcare.
  • Previous startup experience.
