Requirements:
- Experienced (2+ years) in selling software or medical devices to healthcare providers, resellers, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Proven track record of winning new business in private and public healthcare sectors.
- Strong local network and understanding of the UK and Ireland health ecosystem.
- Skilled in interacting with providers and EHR systems to understand needs and improve healthcare delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; independent yet collaborative.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to learn about international healthcare.
- Motivated by improving healthcare systems for professionals and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce Tandem to public and private healthcare services in the UK and Ireland.
- Develop proposals and deliver client pitches.
- Manage sales pipeline and close commercial deals.
- Help build the local customer success team for onboarding and retention.
- Contribute to product development to ensure market fit.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and market differentiation.
Desired Skills:
- Background in medicine, med tech, or health tech.
- Experience with medical device regulations and AI in healthcare.
- Previous startup experience.
