Build something monumental for healthcare! Tandem Health is reimagining clinician-first technology across Europe, and they’re hiring a Commercial Partnerships representative to accelerate growth across Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

Key Responsibility

  •  Acquire new customers via outreach, demos, presentations & closing deals
  • Represent Tandem at conferences, fairs & industry events
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, practice managers & decision-makers
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to grow presence in the German market
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Customer Success to strengthen adoption
  • Use CRM tools for structured lead management
  • Work with leadership to refine sales strategy and target segments

Requirements

  •  Proven sales experience (SaaS, tech, or healthcare preferred)
  •  Strong communication & negotiation skills
  •  High initiative, structured work style & comfort in a dynamic environment
  •  Native German + fluent English
  •  Collaborative mindset and passion for health innovation

Additional Requirements:

  •  Experience with EHRs, health systems, or medtech
  •  Background in digital health or regulated software
  •  Degree in healthcare management or business
  •  Startup / high-growth market experience
