The position acts as a central point of contact for Centre Directors, Operations Leads, and Regional Heads, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, operational efficiency projects, and governance activities across Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Serve as the main liaison for Centre Directors, GSC Head of Operations, and Regional Leads.
- Â Support execution of strategic initiatives, process standardisation, and efficiency programs.
- Â Provide expertise and MIS reports to track financial, operational, and project performance.
- Â Coordinate central initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organisational strategies.
- Â Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and operational controls are maintained.
- Â Monitor operational and financial performance, including headcount forecasts and cost management.
- Â Lead stakeholder engagement across functions such as HR, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Â Translate complex business situations into actionable plans, aligning local and regional goals.
- Â Manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment while maintaining high service standards.
