Fitch Solutions is seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee account management across Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao). This high-profile role involves managing the book of business, achieving revenue and sales targets, and representing Fitch Solutions externally within the subregion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Define growth and sales strategy across all brands in Greater China.
- Â Collaborate with global sales leadership to optimize matrixed operations.
- Â Execute product growth strategies and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Â Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Â Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
- Â Build and manage a high-performance account management team.
- Â Represent Fitch Solutions at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
-  10–15 years of experience, including exposure to regulators, Board-level, and C-suite clients.
- Â Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets in credit ratings, research, and business intelligence.
- Â Experience growing revenue streams and driving account growth initiatives.
- Â Strong sales leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
- Â Strategic thinking with the ability to convert complex data into actionable sales strategies.
