Role Overview
A company is recruiting a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale high-performance web and mobile applications. This role is suited for a technically strong engineer with solid execution skills, good architectural judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimise full-stack applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.
- Translate business and product requirements into structured, maintainable technical solutions.
- Develop and manage backend services, APIs, and data flows for production environments.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security across the stack.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in structured code reviews.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and ongoing system improvements.
Required Technical Competence
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience building full-stack applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and modern state management libraries.
- Experience building and deploying React Native applications (Android and iOS).
- Proficiency with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API design principles.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
