We are recruiting several proactive, pragmatic, and efficient technical support engineers to support our new energy business in Nigeria, covering inverters, UPS, and battery storage systems.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role located in Lagos, Nigeria
1. Responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, inspection, and daily maintenance of new energy equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and resolve on-site technical issues for end customers.
3. Provide professional technical training and after-sales support to local distributors and partners.
4. Respond promptly to customer service work orders, track processing progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to resolve complex technical and after-sales issues.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with the working principles of residential PV inverters, the charging and discharging logic of lithium battery energy storage systems (BESS), and BMS management systems.
2. Must be proficient in Modbus (RTU/TCP), CAN communication, and the configuration of WiFi/GPRS monitoring modules, and able to resolve complex monitoring connection and third-party device integration issues.
3. Quickly troubleshoot product problems and possess repair capabilities.
4. fluent in English (must be able to read the technical manuals at the China headquarters and report bugs to R&D).
5. Ability to organize Webex/Zoom online technical training or offline Roadshow demonstrations, and to translate technical documents into easy-to-understand “installer’s guides”.
6. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation-related majors.
7. Experience in repairing electronic and electrical products.
