Senior Design Architect — Victoria Island, Lagos.

Company Overview: We are a progressive architectural practice on Victoria Island, Lagos, delivering high‑impact, design‑led building projects across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use sectors. As we scale our portfolio, we are recruiting a Senior Design Architect to lead signature projects and mentor a growing design team.

Role Summary

This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos. The Senior Design Architect will lead design delivery from concept through construction, shape the firm’s creative direction, and act as a client‑facing leader on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design delivery for multiple projects.
• Develop concept design and detailed construction documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and manage client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and technical standards.
• Oversee design quality control and site design reviews.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and designers.
• Contribute to business development and the firm’s design strategy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8–10 years’ experience in senior architectural roles with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to produce construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Professional licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, V‑Ray, Lumion, and other 3D modeling tools.
• Strong project management, team leadership, and mentoring experience.
