Healthcare | Project Management Consulting

This role is for an experienced senior project manager to lead the development and delivery of major healthcare estate projects. You will manage schemes from early concept and planning through design, construction phasing, and final handover, working closely with healthcare trusts and key stakeholders.

The position suits someone operating at Associate to Project Director level, with strong experience in UK healthcare developments, programme management, and live construction environments.

Key requirements:

•  10+ years’ experience delivering large healthcare or public-sector construction projects
•  Strong knowledge of UK planning, funding, and development processes
•  Proven ability to manage complex programmes and construction phasing
•  Degree in project management, construction, or equivalent experience
•  Right to live and work in the UK
