CoralPay is seeking a hands on Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery execution, system integrations, and operational ownership. This role is suited for a delivery focused professional who can manage the full project lifecycle from planning and integrations through go live and post implementation support. This is not a product only role; the successful candidate will take full ownership of execution across multiple technical and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery end to end, from planning through go-live and post implementation support
• Manage system integrations and technical touchpoints across internal platforms and external partners
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal teams, partners, and customers
• Coordinate partner and customer onboarding activities
• Drive project documentation, delivery plans, risk registers, and issue tracking
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
• Support PMO governance, reporting, and standardized delivery processes
• Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution through structured escalation and follow-through

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands on experience in Project or Delivery Management
• Strong stakeholder management and cross functional coordination skills
• Practical understanding of system integrations and delivery workflows
• Strong documentation, reporting, and process discipline
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Ownership mindset with a strong bias for execution and results
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Technology environments is a strong advantage
