Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software across HQ and spa locations
• Provide first and second level technical support to staff
• Support onboarding/offboarding and user account management
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
• Liaise with IT vendors, manage assets, and oversee equipment maintenance
• Monitor system performance and prepare IT reports

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
• Experience with POS, ERP/HR systems, and cloud based tools is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
