Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software across HQ and spa locations
- Provide first and second level technical support to staff
- Support onboarding/offboarding and user account management
- Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Liaise with IT vendors, manage assets, and oversee equipment maintenance
- Monitor system performance and prepare IT reports
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience with POS, ERP/HR systems, and cloud based tools is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
