OPay Microfinance Bank is seeking motivated and field oriented Field Collection Officers to support its expanding lending operations nationwide. The role involves engaging customers, following up on overdue loan repayments, and ensuring loan recoveries are carried out professionally, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Engage customers and follow up on overdue loan repayments.
• Conduct field visits to recover outstanding loans in line with company policies.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct during all customer interactions.
• Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely loan settlements.
• Provide accurate reports on recovery activities and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal recovery standards.
• Support the achievement of collection targets and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in field collections or loan recovery is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-based, target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned locations effectively.
