Women First Digital (WFD) is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to drive regional collaborations, promote digital services, and oversee grant supported initiatives across West Africa. The role involves stakeholder engagement, marketing strategy, and content development to ensure the organization’s programs are effectively implemented and scaled.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to collaborate with regional stakeholders
• Promote WFD’s digital services and products through innovative engagement approaches
• Oversee FWACA grant activities and ensure timely delivery of outputs
• Coordinate the design and development of marketing and promotional materials for diverse audiences
• Review and provide guidance on platform communication campaigns
• Support content ideation tailored to specific countries or regions

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnerships, communications, or program coordination
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-cultural environment
• Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and content development
