Job Description

Lasixy Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operational activities across all business units. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving business processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations management, process optimization, and cross functional leadership within Nigeria’s fast paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and performance across all business units
• Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices
• Lead company wide initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and operational excellence
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, dashboards, and operational reports
• Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in collaboration with Finance
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to streamline processes
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and adoption of modern operational tools
• Improve service delivery and customer satisfaction through effective operations
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing to align operational objectives
• Support business development through capacity planning and operational readiness
• Represent the Operations function in leadership, planning, and strategy meetings
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify operational risks and ensure business continuity planning
• Oversee resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
• Proven experience driving operational excellence and managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and cross functional team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
• Experience with KPIs, performance management, and operational reporting
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced business environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
