They’re now looking for an energetic, empathetic User Enablement Specialist to help frontline workers get the most out of Magic Notes through training, support, and hands-on guidance.
What You’ll Do:
- Â Deliver engaging live and online training sessions that help practitioners adopt Magic Notes with confidence.
- Â Travel across the UK to lead in-person onboarding for frontline teams.
-  Offer ongoing one-to-one user support — resolving issues, answering questions, and building trust.
- Â Collaborate with Support teams to improve guides, videos, and training resources.
- Â Provide user insights to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to continuously shape the platform.
What They’re Looking For:
- Â Experience as a trainer, facilitator, or educator.
- Â High energy, warmth, and enthusiasm in your delivery style.
- Â Ability to run repeated sessions while keeping each one fresh and engaging.
-  Strong empathy — especially towards frontline workers and service professionals.
- Â Excellent communication skills (clear, simple, relatable).
- Â Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Â Genuine interest in technology and helping people adopt digital tools.
- Â Bonus: Fluency in another European language (Italian or Dutch preferred).
