📍Remote (UK-based) or Hybrid, London
This role requires flexibility to hold virtual meetings with clients in the Americas (UK afternoon/evening). Full-time or part-time (4 days/week) options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Deliver onboarding, tailored training sessions, and ongoing support to clients.
-  Respond to support requests with clear, friendly solutions — from access questions to complex data inquiries.
- Â Create and update user training materials, guides, and educational resources.
- Â Maintain CRM records (Pipedrive), ensuring accurate client history and interactions.
- Â Support renewal communications and usage-boosting engagement activities.
-  Develop deep expertise in Overton’s platform, data, and academic use cases.
- Â Gather user feedback and collaborate with the wider team to influence product decisions.
- Â Participate in internal projects, company initiatives, and cross-team collaboration.
What They’re Looking For:
- Â Passion for customer success and evidence-based policymaking.
- Â Experience supporting academic audiences (libraries, universities, publishers, funders, etc.).
- Â Knowledge of bibliometrics, scholarly communication, research impact, or policy analysis.
- Â Comfortable delivering webinars, virtual training, and public presentations.
- Â Skilled at explaining complex ideas simply and anticipating user needs.
- Â Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
- Â Creative mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
Bonus:
- Â Experience analysing or visualising data
- Â Spanish or Portuguese language skills
Working Pattern:
-  Standard 9–5 with adjusted hours for evening calls
-  Split shifts (e.g., 9–12 & 4–9)
-  Or late-shift patterns (e.g., 12–8)
- Â Hybrid teammates use their London Euston office with free gym access, snacks, and a rooftop. Remote UK-based candidates are also welcome.
