Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Scientist in Late Phase to work sponsor dedicated for a top pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

•  Support execution of low-complexity studies, including protocol training, vendor management, study planning, data review, and regulatory documentation.
•  Collaborate globally across regions including International, Emerging Markets, and China.
•  Provide operational input for study implementation and oversee vendors and study teams.
•  Ensure alignment with company processes, quality, data integrity, and patient safety.
•  Act as co-lead of the Study Core Team to execute studies efficiently.

Qualifications:

•  BA/BS in life sciences or health-related field with 5+ years experience, OR MS/MBA with 3+ years, OR    PharmD/PhD with 2 years, OR MD/DO with 1 year experience.
•  Industry experience in a Clinical Scientist role or similar capacity.
•  Experience in epidemiology study design, conduct, and analysis.
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple functional groups.
•  Strong knowledge of clinical research processes, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and regulatory     operations.
•  Experience managing external vendors for clinical or epidemiological studies.
•  Fluent in English with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
