This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury fashion, thrive in a high-performance retail environment, and possess the confidence to build meaningful relationships with clients while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized and elevated luxury shopping experience for all clients.
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Provide styling guidance and product recommendations aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards.
  • Support inventory management, stock accuracy, and operational procedures.
  • Process transactions accurately using internal retail and ERP systems.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, collections, brand storytelling, and styling trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries, fittings, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily store operations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, hospitality, beauty, or customer-facing sales roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, polished, and professional presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and premium customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
  • Experience using POS or ERP systems is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000
  • Monthly performance-based commission up to ₦200,000
