Role Overview:

Join a transformative initiative to retool H.W. Kaufman Group’s application portfolio integrating suppliers, clients, and employees. Salesforce-focused role with training provided; opportunity to learn MuleSoft, .NET, and other tech stacks. Pair programming environment; career path toward full-stack development.

Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with IT team to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and enhancements.
•  Translate business/technical requirements into solutions; create technical specifications.
•  Oversee code development, testing, and deployment following SDLC processes.
•  Perform system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot and fix bugs.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
•  Salesforce experience not required; any object-oriented programming experience is acceptable.
•  0–1+ years of professional development experience.
•  Strong team player, open to pair programming, eager to grow into a full-stack developer.
