📍Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid: client sites across Milton Keynes/London + remote)

Type: Permanent | Full-time

Role Summary

• Lead enterprise-wide business process optimisation (As-Is / To-Be models)
•  Drive requirements engineering, user stories, UAT & test management
•  Facilitate executive-level workshops and senior stakeholder engagement
•  Deliver large-scale system implementations and digital transformation programmes
•  Provide strategic oversight across sectors including IT, Healthcare, Utilities, Manufacturing, Education & more

Key Requirements:

• Extensive senior-level Business Analysis consulting experience
•  Strong background in business process re-engineering & requirements management
•  Proven executive stakeholder facilitation and board-level influence
•  Experience delivering enterprise system upgrades & transformations
•  BCS Business Analysis Diploma (or equivalent)
•  Prince2 & Agile practitioner
• UK driving licence, access to a vehicle & right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
