This role supports senior commercial leadership by driving outbound sales activity, generating senior-level conversations, and building a qualified pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Execute daily outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  •  Generate and qualify senior decision-maker conversations
  •  Build and manage a clean CRM pipeline
  •  Book qualified meetings for senior commercial leaders
  •  Optimise outreach strategies based on performance data

Experience Required:

  • 5–10 years in outbound sales or commercial development
  •  Proven success in cold outreach and pipeline generation
  •  Experience engaging senior stakeholders
  •  Background in B2B, SaaS, energy, or sustainability is a plus
  •  Strong CRM and sales engagement experience
