This role supports senior commercial leadership by driving outbound sales activity, generating senior-level conversations, and building a qualified pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Generate and qualify senior decision-maker conversations
- Build and manage a clean CRM pipeline
- Book qualified meetings for senior commercial leaders
- Optimise outreach strategies based on performance data
Experience Required:
- 5–10 years in outbound sales or commercial development
- Proven success in cold outreach and pipeline generation
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Background in B2B, SaaS, energy, or sustainability is a plus
- Strong CRM and sales engagement experience
