About the role:

Pion is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow existing client accounts. You’ll build strong client relationships, handle renewals and upsells, and work closely with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Drive renewals, upselling and account growth
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Use CRM tools for pipeline and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management or sales
