Technology at Bloom & Wild:

• Tech team: 60+ engineers, cross-functional squads
•  Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Python, React, PostgreSQL, Fargate/ECS (AWS), Cloud Run (GCP)
•  Platforms: Multi-brand Angular web app, iOS & Android mobile apps

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be part of the Discovery & Gift Building squad, collaborating with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across disciplines to scope and deliver features
•  Own feature development, from ideation to production and maintenance
•  Learn and grow within Bloom & Wild Engineering, contributing to a supportive culture

• Exposure to Angular or Ruby on Rails via projects, bootcamps, or internships
•  Understanding synchronous vs asynchronous code (Promises/Observables)
•  Command line/terminal experience
•  Experience with AI coding assistants
