Job Description

This role sits within Saint Mary’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), providing administrative, coordination, and trauma-informed support to the Counselling team. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support vulnerable clients, manage counselling appointments, and ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Book counselling appointments and manage counsellor diaries
  •  Liaise with clients regarding assessments and appointments
  •  Provide trauma-informed emotional support (phone & written)
  •  Conduct initial needs and risk assessments
  •  Triage referrals and coordinate group interventions
  •  Maintain accurate records in line with data protection policies
  •  Work collaboratively with clinical teams and partner agencies
