Key Responsibilities:
- Â Lead and mentor business assistants, ensuring best practices across teams.
- Â Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and events with accuracy.
- Â Work with HR and Business Managers on recruitment, talent planning, performance, and development.
- Â Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholder teams.
- Â Coordinate and deliver projects independently; prepare reports and documentation.
- Â Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Â Proven executive assistant experience, ideally within financial services.
- Â Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Â Excellent interpersonal and communication ability.
- Â Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Â Ability to mentor others and collaborate at all levels.
