Type: Full-time
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll generate and qualify leads for the Account Executive team. You’ll be the first impression for prospective clients, articulating Adthena’s value proposition and building a high-quality sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Â Conduct outbound activity via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Â Book meetings with qualified personas in your assigned TAM.
- Â Engage in early discovery conversations to identify pain points.
- Â Propose consultative solutions leveraging Adthena case studies.
- Â Meet or exceed monthly targets and track activity in Salesforce.
- Â Use tools like Outreach, Orum, and Sales Navigator for outreach.
- Â Navigate conversations with C-Suite, VP, or Director-level buyers.
- Â Research strategic accounts and identify engagement opportunities.
- Â Collaborate with AEs to build qualified pipelines.
- Â Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Google updates.
Required Experience:
-  3–12 months sales or professional experience, ideally in B2B SaaS/Tech.
- Â Experience or aptitude for outbound prospecting (cold calls, personalized emails).
- Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Â Positive attitude, quick learner, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.
Bonus Points:
- Â Experience in verticals like Automotive, Retail, Education, Insurance, Finance, Legal, B2B/B2C Tech.
- Â Strategic account planning experience.
- Â Ability to engage technical/economic buyers at strategic levels.
- Â Familiarity with Salesforce, Navigator, Outreach, or equivalent tools.
