Business Development Representative

Job Description

📍London, United Kingdom – Hybrid

Type: Full-time

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll generate and qualify leads for the Account Executive team. You’ll be the first impression for prospective clients, articulating Adthena’s value proposition and building a high-quality sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct outbound activity via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  •  Book meetings with qualified personas in your assigned TAM.
  •  Engage in early discovery conversations to identify pain points.
  •  Propose consultative solutions leveraging Adthena case studies.
  •  Meet or exceed monthly targets and track activity in Salesforce.
  •  Use tools like Outreach, Orum, and Sales Navigator for outreach.
  •  Navigate conversations with C-Suite, VP, or Director-level buyers.
  •  Research strategic accounts and identify engagement opportunities.
  •  Collaborate with AEs to build qualified pipelines.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Google updates.

Required Experience:

  •  3–12 months sales or professional experience, ideally in B2B SaaS/Tech.
  •  Experience or aptitude for outbound prospecting (cold calls, personalized emails).
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Positive attitude, quick learner, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.

Bonus Points:

  •  Experience in verticals like Automotive, Retail, Education, Insurance, Finance, Legal, B2B/B2C Tech.
  •  Strategic account planning experience.
  •  Ability to engage technical/economic buyers at strategic levels.
  •  Familiarity with Salesforce, Navigator, Outreach, or equivalent tools.
