📍Remote (Offshore)

Shift: UK Hours (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month

Key Focus:

•  Automate property operations & admin workflows
•  Track UK compliance (HMOs & Serviced Accommodation)
•  Analyse performance (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings)
•  Improve occupancy, revenue & listings
•  Reporting, insights & remote vendor coordination

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Property Management / HMOs / Serviced Accommodation
•  Strong Excel/Sheets & analytics skills
•  Experience with short-let platforms
•  Automation & systems mindset
•  Good UK market understanding
