Support end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, and compliance. Ideal for a detail-driven HR professional with a systems-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records & contracts
- Manage onboarding & offboarding logistics
- Support leave tracking & payroll inputs
- Track compliance, certifications & visas
- Draft HR correspondence & documentation
- Maintain HR reports & data accuracy (HRIS)
Requirements:
- 2+ years in HR admin or HR Generalist support
- Strong confidentiality & attention to detail
- HRIS experience (Rippling, BambooHR, Gusto)
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel
- Excellent written English
