About the Program

The Interswitch Developer Program is an intensive 9-month training initiative designed to equip early-career tech talent with hands-on experience, practical skills, and world-class engineering expertise. Selected candidates will join the Interswitch Skillbase Academy, where they will undergo structured learning and real-life project exposure across various engineering tracks.

This program aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry-ready skills, preparing participants for successful careers in software engineering and related fields.

• Backend Engineering
• Frontend Engineering
• Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering
• DevOps Engineering
• Mobile Engineering
