Chowmate is seeking reliable and customer focused Dispatch Riders to support its growing logistics operations. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up food and essential items from partner vendors and delivering them safely and promptly to customers within assigned locations.This role is ideal for punctual, detail oriented individuals who can work independently while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service in a fast paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities
• Pick up food and essential items from Chowmate partner vendors
• Deliver orders safely and promptly to customers
• Maintain professionalism and courteous customer interaction
• Ensure proper handling of food and items during delivery
• Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently
• Communicate delivery status clearly with customers and operations team
• Maintain bike/bicycle in good working condition

Requirements
• Must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, or Arepo
• Must own a motorbike or bicycle in good working condition
• Availability to work weekends
• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation
• Responsible, punctual, and customer focused
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
