DRAGNET is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to drive organizational growth, strengthen operational excellence, and provide visionary leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive experience, strategic insight, and an ability to guide the company through complex, technology driven and market focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to support long-term organizational goals.
• Oversee operations, business development, and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead high level decision making across financial management, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, performance, and accountability across all business units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive efficiency, operational improvement, and revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic forums.
• Ensure alignment of all business activities with the company’s mission and market position.

Requirements

• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree; professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years in an executive management or C-suite leadership role.
• Proven competence in technology, financial markets, or the information and intelligence sector.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multi disciplinary teams.
