The role involves interacting with clients, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service during exhibitions and events.
- Assist with event setup, registration, and attendee support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Work flexible hours during exhibitions, including weekends or extended hours.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, event support, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident interacting with diverse groups.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high traffic or fast paced environments.
- Strong problem solving skills with a customer centric approach.
- Basic administrative and computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management.
