Etcon Analytical and Environmental Systems & Services Limited is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support during exhibitions and events in Lagos. The role involves interacting with clients, assisting with event logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service during exhibitions and events.
  • Assist with event setup, registration, and attendee support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Work flexible hours during exhibitions, including weekends or extended hours.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, event support, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident interacting with diverse groups.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high traffic or fast paced environments.
  • Strong problem solving skills with a customer centric approach.
  • Basic administrative and computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Operations Management.
