Dragnet Solutions Limited is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide operational leadership and drive organisational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will oversee the firm’s day-to-day activities, strengthen internal systems, optimise operational workflows, and support the long-term growth strategy of the organisation. This role requires a highly analytical, organised, and execution-driven leader who can translate strategic objectives into effective operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
• Improve internal systems, processes, and policies for greater efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to implement organisational initiatives.
• Lead operational planning, performance tracking, and reporting across departments.
• Establish strong business structures to support the firm’s growth ambitions.
• Manage teams, ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Identify operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support budgeting, resource management, and overall organisational governance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BA or BS degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial-level experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and operational management skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and ensure operational excellence.
• Proven experience supporting business growth and organisational development.
