Job Description

Pharma Ethics Ltd is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to support its finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting monthly financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company accounting policies. Candidates must be available for immediate resumption and reside close to Ikeja GRA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up to date financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support monthly financial reporting and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
• Must reside close to Ikeja GRA
• Must be available for immediate resumption
