Ocean Marine Solutions is seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and career-driven graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme.
This programme is designed to equip young professionals with hands-on experience, structured training, and career development opportunities across key departments within the organization.

Successful candidates will be placed in any of the following fields:

• ICT
• Engineering
• Supply Chain
• Administration
• Marine Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in on-the-job training across assigned departments.
• Assist teams with daily operations, reporting, and project execution.
• Conduct research, prepare documentation, and support department initiatives.
• Develop problem-solving, communication, and technical skills through structured learning.
• Demonstrate commitment, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the program.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in a relevant field of study
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be a recent graduate with a maximum of 2 years post-NYSC experience
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment
